Program Eligibility
Member Requirements
- Must be 16+ years old
- Require assistance with at least 1 Activity of Daily Living (ADL)
- Must have MassHealth Standard
- Must live with a qualifying caregiver (not a spouse or parent if the member is a minor/guardian)
Caregiver Requirements
- Must be 18+ years old
- Be a family member or friend (excluding spouses)
- Complete required training and orientation
- Pass background checks (CORI, SORI, OIG)
- TB screening within the past 12 months
