Program Eligibility
Member Requirements
- Must be enrolled in Health First Colorado (Medicaid)
- Must need assistance with at least one Activity of Daily Living (ADL), such as bathing, dressing, or mobility.
- Must live with the caregiver
Caregiver Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Can be a family member or friend (excluding spouses)
- Must complete required training and orientation
